Read moreFlanked on the south side of Aubrac, a little away from the usual itineraries, the small village of Hermaux is worth the detour. As much for the beauty site that by this small family hotel, go Sunday lovers of good traditional food. The reception is a family affair here: you do not put there rounds of legs, but a very natural simplicity in the decor with the good cleaning. Local trout and charcuterie are invited to your table, while aligot of family Vergnet (4 generations at the bar from the 1930s) would be presented among the best of Aubrac. Above, the twelve rooms are just as much, boasting a comfortable (telephone, terrace). The place has an abundant documentation to discover the region.
