In a Natura 2000 zone, the Charpal Lake site is irresistibly reminiscent of Canada. Its very particular history (the lake was supposed to shelter ammunition between the two world wars and a railway line was built there), its forest, planted in the 1950s, have made it a unique place sheltering a rather exceptional fauna and flora. A path has been laid out and the 9 kilometres can be covered on foot or by mountain bike, with educational panels on the environment. If fishing (no kill only) is allowed, swimming is forbidden.

Frédérique accompanies you to the Charpal plateau to discover landscapes similar to those in Canada, on electric scooters. These mounts, which can be ridden from the age of 14, allow you to enjoy the ride without getting too tired, through more or less sporty formulas, from one to two hours. Before boarding, a few minutes' briefing is required to assimilate safety instructions and don helmets and gloves. As for the rest, it's all fun and games, with the incredible sensation of gliding over every trail.
