In Langogne, near the banks of the Allier, Sébastien Favier and his team have set up La Table de Bistou. Next to the train station, this restaurant-bar is one of the great gourmet stops in northern Lozère. The house specialty is calf's head, a dish clearly worth the trip. You'll also appreciate the charcuterie, the excellent selection of cheeses on the platter and the gourmet desserts. Of particular note is the extensive wine list. Menu prices are equally remarkable. Delicious, warm and generous!

Me pregunto para que mantener una información ambigua? Restaurante abierto hasta las 15h pero que no sirven pasadas las 13:30!
Que cada cual lleve su negocio como mejor pueda o sepa pero un poco atención para el comensal que busca comer no es incompatible.
