Restaurant-bar serving calf's head as a house specialty and offering a wine list.
In Langogne, near the banks of the Allier, Sébastien Favier and his team have set up La Table de Bistou. Next to the train station, this restaurant-bar is one of the great gourmet stops in northern Lozère. The house specialty is calf's head, a dish clearly worth the trip. You'll also appreciate the charcuterie, the excellent selection of cheeses on the platter and the gourmet desserts. Of particular note is the extensive wine list, featuring Pommard and Vosne Romanée. Menu prices are equally remarkable. Delicious, warm and generous!

Excellente dégustation, menu du jour simple mais largement efficace, propre, salle très jolie, et personnel professionnel, sympa voir même familial, bref si vous passer à langogne bha restaurant la table de quoi les amis !!! Aller bon appétit à vous !!!
