Below the rocky walls of the Tarn gorges, a beautiful seigniorial residence, dating from the 15th and 17th centuries, has been transformed into a romantic hotel. Mullioned windows and towers topped with slate roofs enclose vast rooms: canopies, bouquets of flowers and delicate armchairs for a refined atmosphere, in the spirit of the Renaissance. All day long, the brasserie offers local dishes, meats, regional cheeses... And also artisanal ice creams, in the ice cream bar.

Le cadre et le lieu sont très agréables, j'ai apprécié prendre mon petit déjeuner dans un tel cadre.
l'accueil est chaleureux et le gérant donne de bons conseils concernant les randonnées ou choses à voir ou faire.

Fin de saison, un très bel accueil, moins de monde qu’en août forcément, donc plus de disponibilités.
Carte agréable, tarif plus que raisonnable. Terrasse très agréable, ombragée et bien placée. Bonne ambiance et lieu propre.

Malgré notre arrivée plus que tardive pour déjeuner, on a très bien été reçu par l'équipe.
