HAUTERIVES

A place like the gorges of the Tarn can offer. Located on the left bank of the river, this 6 th century hamlet has no access and can therefore be reached only on foot, by the GR, or by canoe from the other shore. Emmanuelle Bompois receives her guests in two rooms of two or four people. Meals are made by each in a kitchen in free management, while the terrace serves as a bar. A mini-grocery store allows the supply of poor visitors: cereals, meat, vegetables and seasonal fruits, cheeses, drinks and wine, etc., of organic and non-organic quality. Immersed in nature, we appreciate the naturalist documentation gathered by the owner of the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism and holder of the label "Cévennes Eco-tourism".
