RIDES FROM THE CANOURGUE

The surroundings offer some suggestions for visits, such as the imposing castle of Saint-Saturnin-de-Tartaronne: situated at the foot of large limestone rocks, it has the shape of a quadrilateral delimited by four towers. Next to it, the small Romanesque church with its low and massive bell tower seems humble. The church of Canilhac has a curious apse, as surprising as the recent architecture that has taken over the ancient keep. The oldest remains in the region are however dolmens.
