Christian Négrel is in this small pisciculture trout montage, rainbow trout, Arctic char, as many fish as one can come to buy on site, but also book among the most demanding conservators. It also welcomes the public for the line, miraculous and abundant fishing parties for the pleasure of the youngest. The fish caught are then cleaned by their care, only to cook it! Passionate about his profession, Christian willingly explains the breeding of his "herd" and toured the places.
