Oyster farm bordering the pond of Vic where you can taste shellfish, shrimps, mussels
Every summer, this oyster farm welcomes lovers of iodized products and music lovers. This natural place is not a classic restaurant: one comes to taste what has been cultivated in the basin and the surrounding vineyards. At the end of the week, we come to share a plate of shellfish, shrimps, mussels in brasucade... We accompany the whole with local nectars. Evenings " brasucade-concert " are also organized under a superb sunset.

A 200m de Vic la Gardiol, une boutique de pécheurs cachée dans les roseaux au bord de l'étang.Des huitres, fruits de mer et un vin blanc excellents.Il y a aussi un resto avec vue sur le lac avec au menu les produits de la ferme marine.Toujours de bons conseils et un accueil sympathique !
