LE ROCHER DES FÉES

In 2004, David Ferrando settled on the family land in Vendemian: he cleared land, put up low walls, planted olive trees, restored fig trees, took care of the vines... and set up trails to let the public discover the different aspects of his activity. In order to participate in all the stages of transformation of his products, David chose to have a small structure with a small mill. He sells all his production (monovarietals of picholine and olive tree, table olives and olive paste) directly.
