It is in the heart of the Garrigue, not far from the Faugères vineyard, that the Mas Rolland Farm is located. On the spot, the 80 alpine chamois goats graze every day to give a tasty milk, which is curdled after each milking and then moulded with a ladle. On request, Eric and Laurence will show you their authentic goat farm, watch the milking and taste their products in a friendly atmosphere. A real moment of sharing!
