Son of a baker, Renaud Fréjafond has known since childhood what he wants to do: fisherman! First a sailor, then a fisherman boss, he sails in search of the Mediterranean Bluefin Tuna. A fervent advocate of sustainable, artisanal fishing, he launched an artisanal cannery in 2017. He makes jars called Le Filet, Les Bouchées and La Ventrêche from the fish he has caught himself, without any additives or chemical preservatives
