Pastry chef and chocolate maker, confectioner since 1995 and having been present for over 20 years on the Bassin de Thau, Jérôme offers a wide choice of seasonal cakes and original wedding cakes. All pastries are made on site, with the freshest, the most noble and natural ingredients. Caramel-peach mousse, raspberry dome, vacherin Grand-Marnier not to mention the verrines, chocolates, here, everything is mouthwatering. An address that Petit Futé highly recommends.
