Fresh Mediterranean cuisine in a restaurant in the heart of the halles de Sète based on local products.
In the heart of the halles de Sète, Magali and Joël offer a beautiful Mediterranean cuisine, colourful, fresh and crunchy. Magali works on the slate with products from the neighbouring stalls, among the proposals: octopus salad on a bed of Agatha potatoes, Jerusalem artichoke velouté, cuttlefish with chorizo and its small vegetables, padrones, bonito pavé with sesame seeds a la plancha and a grapefruit tart that is to die for! The generous plates are the best in the South. Joël serves and presents the wine that goes well with what you ordered.
