DOMAINE DES DEUX RUISSEAUX

If there is an estate that perfectly illustrates the qualitative mutation of the Béarn region vineyards since the seventies, it is the Deux Ruisseaux estate, owned by the Valery family. On a vineyard of 120 ha, some AOC wines are produced on the clay-limestone slopes, but essentially varietal wines on the sandy-limestone plains. These are "pleasure wines" that you can discover in the coolness of a nice tasting cellar.
