ELEVAGE DE CHEVRES DU ROVE

Michel Carrié travels every day about ten kilometres in the garrigue with his 150 goats with a very developed hornbeam. With his wife Sandra, they raise Rove goats, a rustic breed that produces little milk. From spring to autumn, they make cheese and bush from the product of hand milking, which they sell directly.
