PUECH SERANNE

On an estate of more than 2,500 hectares of wild landscapes, the Senet family tends a herd of Aubrac cows that only know the natural meadows of the Séranne. The breeders offer quality beef and veal (the grazers raised on maternal milk are pink in color) as well as farm lamb. Always concerned with quality and inventive, the butcher of the house even produces beef sausages and merguez. The house also provides retail sales by telephone order and delivery service in the Hérault and Gard regions.
