A few years ago, Gilles Nicaise transformed this typical building of Saint-Guilhem into a restaurant. In this beautiful setting, the owner offers home-made food. The chef, Fabrice Galand, cooks generous dishes using organic vegetables and mostly local products. You will be able to devour salads, meaty pieces of meat and traditional dishes such as cuttlefish rouille, rabbit with morel sauce or trout with saffron.
