Restaurant of modern cuisine rich in flavors to enjoy on the terrace

It's a fine family affair run by chef Matthieu, who has earned his stripes abroad, and his sister Lise. The establishment puts the hydrangea shrub in the spotlight: it's in the garden, the vases, but also in the pastel colors that line the walls and tables. In a soft, chic atmosphere, service takes place on the restaurant's terrace or in its dining room, with a panoramic view of the surrounding valleys and the ruins of the ancient castrum. Invitation pour dîner, arriver ici se mérite. Mais quelle récompense. Un dîner parfait, sans la moindre fausse note de la mise en bouche jusqu'au dessert. Belles découvertes gustatives. Carte des vins intéressante avec là aussi de belles surprises. Le tout pour une addition plus que correcte au regard du plaisir de cette expérience.

Une vraie pépite ce restaurant. Au milieu des montagnes entre l’Hérault, le Tarn et L’Aveyron. Cadre idyllique, accueil impeccable et cuisine savoureuse et délicate. ????
