It's a fine family affair run by chef Matthieu, who has earned his stripes abroad, and his sister Lise. The establishment puts the hydrangea shrub in the spotlight: it's in the garden, the vases, but also in the pastel colors that line the walls and tables. Le parking et l’accès au restaurant manque de lumière, nous avons dû chercher dans le noir en pensant que c’était fermé ! Nous avons prévenu le personnel, aucune réaction. Le dîner et ce que nous avons choisis étaient bons, mais sans plus et surtout nous sommes repartis avec la faim. Terminal CB en panne ? A l’unanimité nous n’y reviendrons pas !

Nous avons passé des journées fantastiques à l'Ortensia. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables et la cuisine du restaurant est excellente. Je soulignerais surtout la qualité de l'attention reçue et du service, très professionnel. Merci pour tout!
