From the Canal du Midi, listed as a World Heritage Site, to the Abbey of Fontcaude, and along the Orb valley to the gates of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park, authentic winegrowing villages tell the story of the epic story of winegrowing. The AOC (PDO) of Saint-Chinian is the fourth largest appellation in the Languedoc by volume, with a hundred or so individual cellars and eight cooperative cellars. The winegrowers of the IGP (protected geographical indication) Coteaux d'Ensérune, pioneers of the cooperation with the Maraussan cellar inaugurated more than 100 years ago, have always been committed to the protection of their territory of Ensérune!
