CHEZ MAZETTE

A new concept in fast food, Mazette is a gourmet and dietetic fast food, where the menus are validated by a nutritionist. But more importantly, they are based on your nutritional needs and allow you to eat (really) balanced, without neglecting the quantity! More than just a fast food restaurant, Mazette is a community: the community of people who take care of themselves through a healthy and balanced diet. There is a message behind it, starting with this one written in capital letters: "put an end to junk food! ", offer the possibility of eating on the go between two appointments, while eating healthy. The main products on the menu are salads with Asian, Lebanese or Mediterranean influences, bursting with vitamins and good fresh produce: gourmet (green lentils, pears, arugula, honey and sweet spices), Sportive (white cabbage, carrot, French chicken, whole rice, green onions and Asian sauce), Paleo (potato, smoked trout from the Southwest, broccoli, shallot and lemon) or Vitamins (wholemeal semolina, carrot, orange, coriander, almond and lemon confit). As for hot dishes, there is room for cold bowls, but it is possible to reheat them in the restaurant or at home if you wish to take them away or have them delivered. Note that since the products are fresh, the menu and recipes change four times a year, depending on the season.
