Classified as AOC Saint-Chinian-Roquebrun and Saint-Chinian, with over 800 gold medals in ten years, the Roquebrun vineyard is located in the Haut-Languedoc Regional Park, 30 km north of Béziers. It benefits from an exceptional microclimate, enabling the cultivation of orange and lemon trees. Referred to as the "Little Nice of the Hérault", it is one of the Orb valley's most popular tourist destinations. This climate, combined with its characteristic schist soils, produces supple, elegant wines that are a benchmark in the Languedoc region.

Nous avons ouvert un blanc col de Lairole 2021, il était très madérisé et devenu imbuvable.
Nous l'avions acheté lors d'une commande groupée.
Il en reste donc encore quelques unes.
Je viens d'appeler la cave de Roquebrun qui m'a clairement que cela était tout à fait normal.
Est normal qu'un vin de 3 ans soit imbuvable ?
