Domaine de Pech-Ménel is a family-run organic vineyard located in Quarante, in the Languedoc garrigue. Managed by two passionate sisters, it makes the most of an exceptional terroir where thyme, rosemary and lavender perfume the vines. Each grape variety is meticulously harvested, by hand (especially for the reds) or by machine (Syrah, Grenache, whites). Classified in the Saint-Chinian appellation, the domaine offers a full range of red and white wines, suitable for everyone: from gourmet restaurants to bistros, from grand cru to neophytes. Visits, tastings and on-site activities complete the oenological experience.
