In this great establishment of Poussan - often a place of festivities and wedding - a wonderful team welcomes you in a very sympathetic brasserie. It serves a bistro cuisine, with a local touch of the terroir, and prepared with fresh produce. On the menu, you may have the chance to find the salmon tartare marinated with olive oil, the breadcrumbed Brie served hot on its cream, the Sète-style stuffed squids and their tagliatelles, Thai beef tartare, or the homemade cheesecake.
