Pézenas is covered with colors and animations to celebrate "Nadal", the Occitan Christmas. Throughout the celebration, workshops and shows are organized during the day and in the evening, among them: wine and beer tastings of local wines and beers, Christmas parade, choirs, concerts, traditional carousel, Provencal markets, games? The main events of this ritual festival are the release of the Poulain de Pézenas, the Pégoulade, the emblematic animal of the city, and the exhibition of the Atelier des Lutins.
