LES ESTIVALES DE PÉZENAS

In summer, Mondays are synonymous with entertainment and delights in Pézenas. On the Jean Jaurès course, every year, dozens of producers come together to celebrate the terroir and its flavours. On the spot, the plates are prepared by craftsmen of the food trades anxious to make discover the region, they are covered with gratinned mussels, oysters, cheese, chocolate, fruits, cold meats, honey... It is greedy with wish! But the big star of these weekly events remains wine and, more particularly, about fifteen wines from the Languedoc-Pézenas PDO and wines from the Route des Vignerons et des Pêcheurs. For a few euros you will have the opportunity to taste two of them and get a nice screen-printed glass for the occasion, unless you prefer to invest in a whole bottle. During each of these evenings, musical entertainment will brighten up the place, adding a little bit of colour and mood to an already convivial rendezvous.
