Restaurant proposing a family cooking of fresh products in the historical center of Pézenas.
Right in the heart of the historic centre of Pézenas, Le Vieux Coq offers a family cuisine, without ostentation, and always based on fresh produce. As the seasons go by, Marguerite, the owner, makes and sends colourful plates inspired by the region. They take the form of fresh grilled fish, omelettes, pieces of beef, offal and cheese, perfectly cooked. All this is accompanied by a small selection of regional wines, in white, red or rosé versions. Flavours, kindness and charm are at the rendezvous in this beautiful room with its warm colours, as well as on the shady terrace that stretches over the cobblestones of Place Gambetta.

Nous sommes venus dîner trois fois et à chaque fois la nourriture et le service étaient excellents.
Fortement recommandé, j'ai aussi essayé d'autres restaurants dans cette ville, mais Le Vieux Coq se démarque à tous égards.

Lekker eten prijs kwaliteit
Drie maal komen eten en telkens was het eten en de service super .
Een aanrader in deze stad ook andere restaurants geprobeerd maar le vieux coq steekt er boven uit in alle opzichten.

Great service. You will come for the entrecote (or any other dish) but will stay for the rosee wine! A pearl in a town full of restaurants. Much recommended!!
