La joue n'avait aucun goût, la ventraiche trop grasse aurait été meilleure rôtie, et la sauce vraiment pas bonne du tout.
L'assiette est repartie en cuisine consommée au quart, mais ça n'a choqué personne. Dommage !
Pour le reste, succulent houmous, oeufs mayo sans intérêt, paté en croute très bien fait mais sans parfum, et ile flottante très bonne.
Avec plus de rigueur, ce serait une belle adresse.
