Pailletrice is a place steeped in history and some texts found in the 13th century even call it an antic farm. After numerous acquisitions and reshuffles, it was purchased by the Carrière family in 1954. Wine-makers from father to son, several members of the family members have alternatively been the director of the farm and today the third generation is leading. Over the years, these talented producers have adapted to the technical evolution of the sector and have upgraded, today they have several distinctions.
