FÊTE DE LA MER À PALAVAS

Celebrated in honour of Saint Peter, the patron saint of fishermen and the missing at sea, it is celebrated each year at the beginning of July with a procession, followed by the blessing of the boats and the wreath jetty at sea, and ends in the evening with a large fireworks display followed by a jousting tournament and a ball.
