If the large sandy beaches of Palavas are its main asset, the seaside resort stands out from the neighbouring towns thanks to its good restaurants and authenticity. Recently opened, the Mimosa is a marvellous example of the best that the town has to offer: a location close to the beaches, a smiling and competent team, generous and tasty dishes... It's an instant favourite from the moment you enter! On the terrace or in the nicely decorated dining room, you can indulge in tapas, the young chef's sophisticated cuisine and his cocktails. It is also one of the rare addresses in Palavas that adjusts its background music to the right volume, allowing you to hear the table companions as they happily describe the qualities of their dishes.

Jardin d'hiver confortable.
Malheureusement, nous n'y sommes restés qu'une nuit car nous étions de passage.
Le restaurant est fortement recommandé. Et ensuite, vous n'êtes qu'à quelques mètres de la plage pour une promenade tranquille. Le lever du soleil ???? est ici particulièrement recommandé. Un spectacle naturel fantastique.

Sehr feines Essen und super freundlicher Service.
Gemütlicher Wintergarten.
Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht hier weil wir auf der Durchreise waren.
Das Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert. Und man hat es danach nur wenige Meter zum Strand für einen gemütlichen Spaziergang. Insbesondere der Sonnenaufgang ???? ist hier zu empfehlen. Ein fantastisches Naturschauspiel.
