This establishment bears the name of a great specialty of the region, as if to stand out immediately as a representative of the terroir. On the left bank of Palavas, it is not the only one to play with the local dishes but it is the most spacious. In addition to its terrace and ground floor room, it has a panoramic room facing the canal. The problem with this establishment is that it was too greedy when it created its menu. En famille, mon fils et moi avons pris moules frites comme chaque fois que nous mangeons en bord de mer... catastrophe, moules pas cuites, je suis tombée sur une tellement mauvaise que j'ai dû la recracher, elle sentait le pourri, quant à la salade de mon conjoint, boff à la cantine, ça n'aurait pas été pire
