It is of course near the water that you will find this establishment of Palavas. The Hippocampe is a typical restaurant in the south, with its terrace on the harbor and the boats and its local specialties. le restaurant nous a été conseillé et nous avons bien fait de suivre ce conseil éclairé. L'accueil fut sympathique, le repas excellent, nous avons pris les 2 parilladas ( coquillages et crustacés/poissons) que nous avons partagé et nous nous sommes régalés. Nous sommes ensuite restés pour discuter avec le patron. Nous avons à notre tour conseillé le resto à des amis qui ont été ravis.

Pas beaucoup de monde à ce restaurant, on se demande toujours si ce n'est pas un mauvais signe. Eh bien pas du tout, les absents ont eu tort. Nous avons opté pour la formule, et nous n'avons pas été déçus : moules et couteaux étaient gouteux à souhait (bien qu'ayant un faible pour l'aïoli, je n'y ai pratiquement pas touché), et le cabillaud était à point. Et que je ne connaissais pas a bien accompagné le tout.
