Just opposite Palavas marina, the casino's brasserie offers you a sunny cuisine in a stylish design open onto the ocean. The main advantage of this address is that it's in the quiet and comfort. Behind the stoves, the young chef concocts recipes of a very good level like the grilled cuttlefish accompanied by ratatouille and basil, the whole duck's breast roasted on the skin, the Royans ravioli, mushroom cappuccino, the red mullet cooked on the skin or finally the beef burger. To top it all, you'll end up in front of the pastry shop window with a dome of chocolate and vanilla ice-cream. We leave fully satisfied!
