As a winemaker and beekeeper, Dominique Chiapino perpetuates the tradition of his ancestors. His area is behind the co-op. The Domaine de Blanchard covers 23 ha, located in plots around the village, and is operated with passion and know-how. Dominique Chiapino uses the old (no chemicals) method to produce AOC and country wines. The Horte de l'Atacama include 150 hives, displaced by seasons (garrigues, mountains…). The 60 000 bees produce honey with various flavours: rosemary, heather, lavender, as well as mead, vinegar…
