CROUSTISUD

An organic chips factory store is very, very, very sharp and you don't expect to find any in the north of the Ardèche at all! We were waiting for them these organic chips that we can eat without feeling guilty. Croustisud made them.... First settled for a few months in Peaugres, the small company then settled in Félines in 2009. The production workshop houses a direct sales shop. We find here chips that are not greasy, because they are fried at low temperatures.... These are organic vegetable petals that have such a good original flavour that they are self-sufficient. This is the case for the very tasty red beetroot petals, carrot, thyme carrot, sweet potato, celery root and rosemary parsnip, or fruit. Great for an aperitif! In any case, if you are passing through Félines, on the road to Annonnay or Maclas or from the passes to the Parc du Pilat, stop shopping for a lunch on the grass: you will find there one of the ingredients of your natural lunch.
