LES LAUREADES

The Icade agency manages Les Lauréades in Montpellier. Close to the faculties and schools, and 15 minutes walk from the city centre, the residence welcomes students in studios equipped and furnished from 18 to 25 m 2. They include a kitchenette, equipped with a refrigerator and hob, a bathroom with shower and a living area and, or room. In some studios, you can even find a library, microwave and crockery. Note: for moments of relaxation, students can enjoy a solarium. The other residence, Kaelis, is located in the Odysseum district and offers the same benefits.
