SERVICE ENFANCE

Today, nearly 4 000 children are received daily on a regular or occasional basis in municipal, associative or private hospitals, as well as in the liberal maternal assistants installed in Montpellier. Service Enfance manages childcare facilities for their children under the age of 6. Various formulas are offered, whether on a regular or punctual basis. To be able to take advantage of a method of custody, it is essential to live in Montpellier, and to register his child with the Child Service as soon as possible. The city has 16 regular reception facilities (e. g., collective crèches), 3 family regular services (ex-family nurseries), 1 kindergarten and 14 municipal multi (ex-daycare). In addition to this is the Relay of Maternal Assistants. Despite this network, the city does not have enough places for all our babies, so in parallel do not hesitate to contact private care bodies.
