LYCÉE HÔTELIER GEORGES FRÊCHE

The school was inaugurated in 2012, a major project of Georges Frêche. A major project, a great architect: the world-famous Italian Massimiliano Fuksas designed the hotel school as a huge but fluid structure, with aluminium facades made up of assembled triangles. A real work of art! Located near the Odysseum complex, it accommodates approximately 800 students. The high school, named Georges Frêche, brings together technological (Baccalaureate, BTS MHR and BTS tourism), professional (CAP and Baccalaureate of baker, pastry chef, kitchen and service) and additional mentions such as sommelier, bar, service caterer, reception-reception. In total, there are more than fifteen courses. But the great novelty or rather innovation is the presence on the site of an application hotel with several luxury rooms, as well as three restaurants (gastronomic, brasserie and introductory restaurant) with a total capacity of 230 seats, and finally an application application shop where the products made in the school are sold.
