Feel like reading or, for smokers, smoking a cigarette pack downtown at the very end of the afternoon or on Sunday? Go to the tobacco/newspaper office Le Diplomate because, since its change of owners, it has extended its opening hours. It is even one of the rare tobacco shops open past 8pm on weekdays and every Sunday afternoon (as a result, you have sometimes to spend time on a little queuing but the service remains fast and very welcoming). Newspapers, magazines, some books, 'normal' or electronic cigarettes, you will find everything there.
