Malheureusement on ne peut noter pire. Bijouterie cher et personnel raciste, suggérant lors de notre présence que les Mur étaient noires et tachés en références à notre couleur de peaux. Méprisable !!!

Surtout n'y allez pas!!! Personnel exécrable et non professionnel en cas de pépin.
Après l'achat d'une bague en or sertie d'un petit diamant il y a moins d'un an pour ma compagne, nous avons du y retourner il y a peu car le diamant s'est décroché de son chaton. Malgré notre bonne foi et la présence du certificat de cette bague, voici la réponse d'une des vendeuse et de la responsable du magasin : "ben c'est obligatoirement de votre faute, vous n'en avez pas pris soin ; fallait pas porter la bague tous les jours!!!"
On a cru à une vraie mauvaise blague...mais non. Notre petit scandale dans la boutique n'a rien changé. Aucun recours pour le client, arnaque monumentale sur la qualité du produit et un manque total de respect pour leurs clients. Bravo c'est un strike!

J'ai acheté un bracelet et une maille c'est ouverte le premier jour.
Je suis donc retourné à la bijouterie.
Il l'on resserré mais à nouveau une maille s'est ouverte.
Après trois fois, j'ai demandé un remboursement ou un avoir mais la responsable du magazin, très désagréable a refusé.
Je me retrouve donc avec un bracelet que je ne peux pas porter !!!
Je déconseille vivement magazin.

My friend bought a necklace with diamond me 18 months ago, although the saleswoman me certified that the mesh was most resistant and I could keep it day and night, it sold 3 weeks ago. I then turned to jewellery because for me a necklace at €365 deserved a certain quality. No humanity or empathy opposite me, just a suggestion for a welding. I accepted, paid and given my necklace, 4 days, it was sold. The manager does not see in what would be responsible, since it according to I have not had to keep it at night. A saleswoman should have prevents me. For it, it was not so it does not know if it is me or the saleswoman which lies... I can have a dysfunction, but the bad faith or the lack of empathy, I have some difficulty... In short, for sale, it is perfect and hope that you never do not need after sales... A big disappointment and especially many regret for a sentimental gem for me (and a €365!)
