An extremely warm and helpful welcome, in addition to being multilingual, with many information about how to reach the Comédie on foot, the restaurants to test, the current events in and around downtown. The rooms are as new as they are maintained, with a comfortable large bed, flat screen and free Wi-Fi. The very functional bathroom with a walk-in shower is clean and pleasant. Le petit-déjeuner propose de nombreuses options délicieuses. J'étais super satisfait. L'emplacement est excellent. Une autre chose qui était vraiment bien, c'est que la chambre dispose d'une petite cuisine, où j'ai pu préparer d'autres plats faits maison pour ma famille ! Estive com a minha família durante uma semana. Gostei muito da cordialidade de toda a equipe, sobretudo dos recepcionistas. O café da manhã tem muitas opções deliciosas. Fiquei super satisfeita. A localização é excelente. Outra coisa que foi muito boa, é que o quarto tem uma pequena cozinha, onde pude fazer alguns pratos mais caseiros para minha família! Parabéns a todos que fazem o kyriad. Em Montpellier, vocês são a minha escolha. Família Alencar.

Nous venons pour la 2eme fois. Accueil, chambre, literie, petit déjeuner, tout a été parfait ! Je recommande vivement. Nous avons trouvé notre pied à terre sur Montpellier. Et merci pour ces sourires, cela fait plaisir !

Personne charmant. Hôtel calme et bien situé.
Mais qualité vraiment médiocre, cet hôtel manque sérieusement de maintenance régulière. Beaucoup de problèmes ne sont pas réglés (clims hors-service dans les 2 chambres que j'ai testées, le personnel m'a fourni un radiateur d'appoint ; lumière défectueuse etc.).
