This relatively recent residence combines a quiet stay with the city centre. The 147 apartments, from T 1 to T 3, are fully equipped (air-conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kitchen battery, TV) and ready to live. The accommodation offers luxurious accommodation and a functional and friendly living area. All apartments are accessible by lift and offer internet access. (Traduit par Google) Excellent séjour, très propre et bien rangé. Le personnel était excellent, sympathique et professionnel. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était bon. Le stationnement sur place est un plus, mais compliqué d'en sortir en partant !! . Une halte parfaite à Montpellier, mais trop éloignée du centre et de la gare.

Excellent stay, very clean and tidy. The staff were excellent, friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was good. On site parking is a plus, but complicated to get out of when leaving!! . A perfect place to stop in Montpellier, bot too far from the centre and the station.

Chambre 121, attention la porte de douche ne se ferme pas le joint est mort et vous vous retrouvez avec une salle de bain inondé en moins de 2 min. Obligé de calfeutrer la porte de douche avec des serviettes. Chambre complètement pas insonorisée de plus nous étions dans une chambre communiquante avec la chambre 120. L’hôtel étant loin d’être complet ils aurait pu éviter ce désagrément pour le confort de ma famille. Mes enfants de 9 ans et 2 ans ont était réveillé par les occupants de la chambre voisine qui rentrer dans leur chambre à 1h du matin. Dernier point le petit déjeuner à 12€ par personne cher au vu du petit déjeuner proposé et 12€ la nuit de parking pour la voiture.

L'agencement de la chambre appartement est à revoir complètement, par exemple aucun espace pour ranger ses affaire ou cuisiner.
Plein de petit détails mal pensés comme la publicité pour l'hôtel qui est partout, jusqu'au plafond au dessus du lit. Ou encore la voix dans l'ascenseur avec une intonation niaiseuse.
On nous a laisser entrer dans le parking sans rien nous demander, pas très sécurisé...
Aussi, la réceptionniste n'avait aucun sens du service.
Seul point positif, l'hôtel est plutôt neuf.
