A new type of short-term accommodation appears in Montpellier. Off Appartement is halfway between hotel and chambres d'hôte. This concept was imagined by Laure Pascal who puts at travellers' disposal three apartments renovated in a 1900's house. They are decorated according in three themes and bear the following names: Le Gourmand, L'Écolier and Le Petit Scandinave. These three places are fully equipped to accommodate travellers from 2 to 60 nights. The decoration takes as a starting point the 50s to our nowadays by mixing industrialist and Scandinavian furnishing with unusual objects. We like the winner-winner discount system: if guests commit themselves in promoting the concept on the social networks and the online review sites, they will profit from a 10% discount on their stay. Note that Off Appartement opened a new address close to Corum. Near the downtown, this 54 m² apartment was designed for tourists in a hurry!
