Restaurant offering bistronomic à la carte cuisine in Montpellier.

It is within the Belaroia hotel complex that the Chez Delagare restaurant opened its doors in 2019. Behind the scenes, Chef Thierry Alix (Jardin des Sens, Folia) continues his quest for flavours and juggles with the fresh produce in his kitchen. This eternal traveller draws on his experience and adventures to concoct well-balanced dishes that are a change from the ordinary. Bistronomic cuisine, grill, street food: he breaks the codes and enriches his menu. In the evening, he creates a gourmet "White Menu", based on free and ambitious combinations.

Le personnel du restaurant n’est absolument pas professionnel ni même la responsable, il faudrait revoir la façon de travailler, car je travaille dans la restauration et ce n’est pas trop ça. Et n’oubliez pas que c’est avec notre argent que vous avez votre salaire à la fin du mois
