If the Millénaire district is a kind of culinary desert, the presence of Folia is enough to make it shine. Set against the impressive backdrop of the Château de Flaugergues, this charming restaurant delights its faithful throughout the week. The restaurant was originally created when chef Thierry Alix met the Colbert family, the proud owners of the estate. Today, the kitchen is run by talented young chef Léa Roque. She and her team create dishes based on market produce and local produce.

Beau cadre avec un grand parking. J'y ai mangé deux fois en repas d'entreprise. Les plats sont tous bons, le service est plutôt sympa. Le vin est bien choisi.
Deux petits défauts lors de ces expériences : c'est si bon que j'aurais aimé de plus grosses portions et le service a été long.

Prix abordables pour la qualité des plats (j'y suis allée le midi en semaine et la brandade de daurade était excellente)
