Generous cuisine in a bistro-restaurant on the rue du Faubourg-du-Courreau in Montpellier.

Romain and Thibaud Poulards - two passionate and exciting brothers - opened their bistro-rotisserie in the rue du Faubourg-du-Courreau. While the decor of the establishment subtly combines industrial and vintage styles, it has retained the charm of the history of the place by preserving the sausage hooks of the former butcher's shop as well as a few photos of the activity.
