After having held a pizzeria in Sète, Delphine Gautier opened this restaurant in the heart of the neighborhood of the Millenium. Open only at midday, from Monday to Friday, it serves a traditional cuisine prepared with fresh and natural ingredients. Salad of duck breast on the spot smoked green apple and hazelnuts or pressed Provençal vegetables, then a tuna steak on a piperade and polenta. A beautiful wine list of Pic-St-Loup. Inside or on the terrace, at D2, guests come there for its closeness, and come back there for the quality of the food and the warmth of the reception.
