It is the good burger of Babotte that we can see! At 18, Rue Diderot, the Big Mama looks rather fine. This brand new concept of Burger and Beer in Montpellier has not finished causing people to talk about it. Opened at the beginning of 2014, it is not really a restaurant, it is not either a bar… on the spot or to take away, here you can eat hamburgers made with poppy bread from the baker's, sauces and homemade French fries. In its American loft style, red brick walls, large bar with beer pumps, high tables, at Big Mama, you will discover more than 55 different beers from Belgium, Germany… while watching a good football match on the 2 TV screens or taking part in Big quiz and blind test that are regularly organised at the pub. Every week, a burger in honour from Mamma Mia (ground meat, mozzarella, raw ham, pesto sauce, salad, tomatoes, onions, gherkins) to the Fat Mama (ground meat, rosti, onion rings, cheddar, bacon, tartar sauce, fried egg, salad, tomatoes, onions, gherkins). Here, you will be proposed to replace beef by chicken, a potato or fish galette, a second steak or even to add ingredients.
